“WTF?” asked Chief as he surveyed the rubble.
“So chief is now talking!”, asked the usual suspects
“Well, it’s mischief that gets Chief talking!”, responded Orr cheekily
“Only in acronyms”, added Dooba Hua
“lol”, Black Mumba said cheerfully
Talking of mischief, is paar witnessed a solar eclipse. The timing couldn’t have been better for McMurphy who had lost his recorder (and his mind some say, but let’s face it the latter (sic sic!) he had lost a long back), and couldn’t have been worse for a budding film producer-director Mother Rhea, who had to cancel shooting.
What has solar eclipse to do with a recorder? Well nothing on the surface. But then the common room witnessed a JYBD Redux in the afternoon is paar. It all started … Well, to be honest (and that’s Gazette’s policy always, since that’s supposedly the best policy, and Gazette believes in treating its readers with nothing but the best), when McMurphy arrived on the scene, the eclipse was already having its effects. And McMurphy was too busy to check out the background. He’ll probably do that later, or better outsource the job to the Verbatim company which is almost on the verge of bankruptcy we hear.
“Only the bankruptcy is intellectual”, remarked some wisassguy on the conditions of anonymity. Gazette wouldn’t have printed it in the first place, but McMurphy feels that the Verbatim publishing needs to know what’s talked about it in on the roadss. McMurphy does not for one second endorse the views, although off record he said he prefers financial bankruptcy to the other kind.
Anyways, one bankrupt papers outsourcing news investigation to another (albeit differently – if the grapevine is to be believed) bankrupt papers is the stuff scandal is made of, and Gazette would rather stay out of it.
The point is, when McMurphy came to the common room, the atmosphere was charged. Daisy was up in arms against the ever politically incorrect Dunbar, and Mad Queen, her alleged twin (the conspiracy we’ll throw some light on, once the damn moon goes away!) was happy to have found her hammer again.
It’s been argued in the Verbatim editorials, that is paar it’s the Mad Queen who drives the madness. Today it was proved, beyond doubt, that Verbatim was wrong as usual! If we were to use a cliche, albeit modified, it’s Hammer stupid!
McMurphy was accused of being father of the nation, due to his ahimsa campaign (yeah, McMurphy is the man of campaigns!), as soon as he entered the common room. The director mother was trying her best to keep the storyline straight, but with 2 alleged twins, and one of them with 2 alleged siblings, and what not, the plot degenerated into a kahaani ghar ghar ki.
The silver lining is that the producer director has got royal alliance going, and the launch of the new show (yet unnamed) is promised to compete with the Shaz and the Whaz show. This might prove to be a spark too many in the (yet to be started) battle of the twins. For Daisy is known to be an anchor in her own right, and she’s been sidelined for this monstrous alliance between industry and royalty. With the common room being replenished with new ammunition, the family battle can turn into a war!
In any case, the story of the day is that after the eclipse, a fresh wave of madness hit is paar. Chief is inspecting the damage, but we’re sure the only possible quantification is: “holy shit!” however oxymoronic that may sound.
Comments
LOL
“Holy Shit” said Sileny Melody. “WTF” said buck, “there are two many oxymorons in one sentence”.
“There are just too many morons in here”, whispered Hatter who was rather afraid of the Mad Queen. But then Mother Rhea was bz handling the terrible twins
and convincing McM that he was indeed a saanp eerr I mean the baap.
Great to see the buck

lol @ fizz
well sal, gazette is used to allegations, so u know how seriously u shd take them! and with die-hard fans around, the adage “the Gazette is dead, long live…” will be relevant
ssm: i think you’re seeing links where there aren’t any. it’s just meta, not meta-meta. I know you’re disappointed, but then “honesty is ….”

asuph
ROTFL, asuph !

Cheap Translation
Cheif.. is there a way to disable the archive option
& yes don’t take help of cheap tranlation service offered by McM.. Mother Rhea has already pointed out how misleading such translation can be..
