check out "printer-friendly version" option

when you’re viewing the book (we’ve got 2 entries in the FAQ already, thanks to bleu !), check out the “printer-friendly version”. Cool, isn’t it ? Smiling

Now, if a “FAQ” link on the front page could dynamically bring up that “printer-friendly version” (it’s HTML output, after all, so I don’t think that should be a problem), we’re in business Smiling
