Wish me luck guys, tomorrow is my show. Remember, I had posted about our play Baaki Itihaash… well its tomorrow. Yesterday evening we had our stage rehearsals… much fun! Tonight we are havign our all-hands-on-deck meeting and tomorrow is the big day! Well, this is not my first performance, so why am I excited so much?1. The playwright… Badal Sircar is one of the leading drama personalities in bengal. The drama department on Berkeley is studying his work this semester!2. The story… it is a very intense drama. Not the laugh riots that ask you to leave your brain at home.

Hi everyone,Its been long since I last visited DSS. Its been very busy the last few months… lots going on in the personal front.So, why I am here today? To let you all know that our drama group ENAD is presenting its seventh play in Palo Alto’s Cubberly Theatre on September 10th. This is a fundraising event and we shall be donating all proceeds to Promise Worldwide and Agami… two non profit organizations working to help underprivilaged children in India and Bangladesh.Those who are here in the bay area and would like to spend an evening for a good cause, please join us for a thought provoking bengali play Badal Sircar’s ‘Baaki Itihaash’.
