The Namesake - Part I

TOTCS (the one they call Stuckinkindergarten) has always been fascinated by the concept of bloggers meeting up in real life. DSS provided ample examples with people getting together across the globe, often meeting up more regularly in real life than online. From his fortress of solitude TOTCS watched as friendships formed, love blossomed, people got married, some feelings were hurt. In Dec 2006 TOTCS took the important first step from the virtual to real world after discovering that he had more in common with a fellow DSSer than just taste in music.

2BOR02B

Considering how I’d waxed eloquent about the previous episode, I felt it would be appropriate to put my money where my mouth is and take up Pradzie’s challenge. I’ve always felt that a good writer (or a good photographer) has an eye for detail. And what an eye our Pradzie has !!! So while the previous episode had great depth of feel and great composition, the episode you are about to read is like an out of focus polaroid, a caricature to his portrait, a Woody Allen to his Bergman. In case flattery doesnt work - my favourite tune happens to be “Someday my prints will come”

Love is a many-splintered thing

The one they call Stuckinkindergarten (TOTCS) isn’t dead. He just smells funny. Continuation of the long forgotten epic saga “Harry Pothead and the stoned philosopher.” Many thanks to all the DSS regulars who left their footprints in the wasteland sands during the interlude.
